like to relax and enjoy the day with their family and friends.

This includes the following:
Full day coordination
Point of the point of contact guests, suppliers and venue
Pre-wedding consultation to go over all the details of your Wedding Day at least 2
weeks before the wedding (approx. 2 hours)
Oversee the set-up and styling of your wedding and to coordinate the details of your
Ceremony and Reception
Ensure bridal party runs on schedule and assist with an on-time start Greet and
usher your guests at the ceremony and reception.

WEDDING PLANNING AND STLYING:

Help you navigate all the options, secure the perfect vendors for your day and be there to ensure
that the details are taken care of so that you can enjoy every minute. Think stress free,
organised, beautiful, seamless and truly memorable.

This includes:
Phone and email contact with you.
Face-to-face meetings to discuss the progress of the wedding plans.
Provide an overview of the planning process.
Dedication wedding planner to oversee all styling and planning of all aspects of the day.
Attend walkthroughs of selected venues to discuss design, set up, floor plan, etc.
Development of a wedding run sheet, supplier contact list and distribution to all participants and suppliers.
Supplier sourcing and manage logistics of all aspects of the day.
Budget management, updates, payment schedule and reminders.
Assistance with floor plans and seating arrangements.
Main point of contact for all your suppliers and venue(s) to help avoid stress and confusion.
